CCE Community Discord

Discord is an instant messaging application that we have been using ‘behind the scenes’ for a while. It’s quick, simple and does not have advertisements or algorithms that distract.

Channels are dedicated to certain discussion topics, such as ‘general chat’ or ‘active competitions’. Threads are used as sub-sections of a channel, such as a specific competition under the ‘active competitions’ channel.

We now have a few public channels and will be adding several more for people to meet, ask questions and find information.

START FLAGS
The invite link below will take you to this channel. Start Flags is a ‘read-only’ channel with basic information on the other channels. If you don’t already have Discord installed, the link will give you the option to install Discord or use the browser version.

THE PADDOCK
This channel is for general chat, so post, ask and answer questions, connect with  other people there. 

ACTIVE COMPETITIONS
This channel is also read-only with threads for each active competition. The organizers for each CCE will be able to post information on their competition thread such as schedule updates. Competitors can join the thread, allow notifications and get the latest updates during the competition instantly.

Other channels will be created and activated as needed.
